В средата на месец юли Стоян Шиваров посети Тракийския университет (Trakya Üniversitesi) в Одрин, с когото отделът ни поддържа чудесни и ползотворни делови отношения. При срещата с директора на университетската библиотека г-н Ендер Биляр (Ender Bilar) като дарение беше получено справочното издание Edirne Bibliyografyası, което си е поставило за задача да събере цялата библиография за град Одрин, на турски или османотурски език, включително първични извори като сиджили и регистри(дефтери).
Изданието, излязло преди броени месеци, с автори Cemil Cahit Can и Ender Bilar е депозирано в Народна библиотека и ще бъде достъпно след 6-ти септември 2009-та година, когато завършва годишната фондова проверка и библиотеката отново е отворена за читатели.
